Guest Service Agent – Front Office Host

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent – Front Office Host you will be the first point of contact for guests at Hilton’s hotel in the United Arab Emirates. You will create welcoming first impressions, ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences, and help guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Share comprehensive hotel and local area knowledge, including room types, rates, promotions and nearby attractions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications and messages.
