About the role
As an Intern Guest Service Agent you will provide a high level of customer‑focused service, aiming to deliver positive and memorable experiences for all guests. You will be expected to maintain an approachable and professional demeanor while communicating effectively with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level, customer‑focused service to hotel guests.
- Ensure positive and memorable guest experiences throughout their stay.
Required profile
- Willingness to gain experience in the Front Office Department.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Computer literate and quick learner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
