Guest Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel in Dubai. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out while representing the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests efficiently, creating a friendly first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process check‑outs and billing accurately to ensure smooth departures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfil guest needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions and events.
• Promote hotel amenities, loyalty programmes and upsell where appropriate.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and front‑desk documentation.
• Keep the front‑desk area clean, organized and compliant with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a guest‑service or front‑desk role, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional, courteous and able to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
