Guest Service Centre Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Centre Agent to be the primary point of contact for guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The role involves handling calls, guest requests, and providing support to front‑office operations while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for guests, answering calls and managing requests via FCS e‑connect and other communication channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of VIP, RSVP and repeat guest information and ensure accurate handling of guest data.
• Keep the Guest Service Centre organized and operate communication facilities during emergencies, following established procedures.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, villa types, rates, food and beverage outlets, spa, health club and promotions.
• Route guest requests to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct courtesy calls to in‑house guests to verify satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Assist other front‑office areas as required and support CID‑related tasks, including handling messages between the resort and the CID police department.
• Prepare and verify traffic sheets for telephone/fax, transmit invoices to cashiers/front desk, and update CID police report system for room check‑ins and check‑outs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services and departmental contacts.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during emergencies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and documentation.
• Flexibility to assist in various front‑office functions and CID tasks.
