About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive – Concierge to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, a luxury beachfront resort in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑end service to guests and supporting the resort’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, reflecting the highest luxury hospitality standards.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Executive Lounge, Recreation, Food & Beverage and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations and amenity arrangements.
Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
Support VIP and repeat‑guest recognition programmes.

Required profile

Minimum of 12 months experience in a hospitality or guest‑service role.
Proficiency in English with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
