Guest Service Officer – Arabic Speaking

About the role

As a Guest Service Officer at Hyatt in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires fluency in Arabic and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service at the front desk of the Rooms Division.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the Opera and Reserve property management systems.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Process payments, reservations and billing in accordance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations or front‑office functions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional language skills such as German, French or Chinese are a plus.

Required skills
