About the role

Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries with the Minor Hotels standard of service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, and other Minor Hotels properties.
- Take personal responsibility for service quality and ensure guest satisfaction issues are resolved promptly.
- Suggest proactive and innovative alternatives to enhance the guest experience.
- Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to continuously improve professional skills.
- Develop harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments.
