Guest Services Executive

About the role

The Guest Services Executive ensures a seamless and memorable experience for VIP and suite guests at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. You will coordinate arrivals, manage amenities, and act as the personal liaison for high‑profile visitors, enhancing the brand’s reputation for luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and escort arriving guests to their rooms after airport registration.
• Prepare daily VIP arrival lists, requisition amenities, and verify no‑show adjustments.
• Order and ensure timely delivery of amenities for all arrivals, in‑house VIPs, and suite guests.
• Allocate rooms for VIP guests and those with special requests.
• Inspect VIP and suite rooms prior to arrival and maintain guest history files.
• Provide hotel tours and respond to special requests before, during, and after stays.
• Support managers in meeting VIP guests at the airport.
• Prepare and distribute daily amenity lists, guest remarks, and feedback reports.
• Draft personalized letters for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, and other occasions.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Secondary School Certificate or higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years of guest service experience in a 5‑star hotel.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera front‑office software.
