About the role
As a Front Office Supervisor you will not only oversee daily front‑office operations but also create memorable experiences that reflect the warmth of hospitality. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming stay.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the front office team, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and overall guest service delivery.
- Lead day‑to‑day operations by creating schedules, assigning tasks, conducting pre‑shift meetings and providing on‑the‑spot training and feedback.
- Resolve guest issues directly and support team members with complex or escalated situations.
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing in real time to maintain efficient service flow.
- Lead special projects, department initiatives and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
- 0‑3 years of related experience in a similar role.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
