Handover Specialist – Construction Projects

About the role

The Handover Specialist ensures a seamless transition of new construction projects from the building phase to operational use. You will act as the main liaison between contractors, project managers, and clients to guarantee that every handover meets agreed specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the handover process for residential and commercial properties.
• Verify project completion against specifications and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain handover documentation, including manuals, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct final inspections, identify and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Provide training and support to clients and property‑management teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all systems and services are operational before handover.
• Address discrepancies promptly and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project handover, construction, or property management.
• Female applicants only.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge required.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
