Head Hostess – Luxury Dining

About the role

As the Head Hostess for Hakkasan at Atlantis, Dubai, you will be the face of one of the world’s most celebrated luxury restaurants. You will lead the host/hostess team, ensuring seamless guest interactions and a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality while maintaining efficient flow.
• Coordinate with the bar and dining teams to optimise table turnover and service timing.
• Train, coach and schedule the host/hostess team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation and seating records using the restaurant’s booking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Team‑player mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
