About the role

As the Head Hostess at Wavehouse, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring seamless service across the bar and dining areas. Your natural charisma and communication skills will help you engage guests without sounding scripted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hostess team, coordinating seating plans and guest flow.
• Collaborate closely with bar and dining staff to maintain high service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and special requests.
• Participate in internal and external training to enhance food and beverage knowledge.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• International exposure or experience working with a diverse, multicultural team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
