Head Housekeeping Trainer

About the role

Justlife is looking for a Head Housekeeping Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs for thousands of housekeeping professionals across the UAE. This hands‑on, field‑focused role will design learning systems, coach on‑site, and use data to improve customer experience and NPS.

Key responsibilities

• Own the housekeeping training and quality standards for a network of 6,000+ service professionals.
• Lead and coach a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
• Design, implement and continuously improve training curricula covering housekeeping skills, hygiene, safety and customer service.
• Conduct on‑site quality checks and coaching to ensure consistent standards.
• Analyse training data and customer feedback to drive measurable improvements in service quality and NPS.
• Standardise training delivery, documentation and reporting across the network.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience and Business Development teams to close skill gaps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality training or a related leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving training or service‑quality outcomes for large groups.
• Strong coaching and communication skills in English; Hindi, Nepali or Tagalog a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to identify gaps and act on insights.
• Calm and organised in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
