About the role
Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Associate to manage selected organisational effectiveness and talent development projects. The role involves delivering projects that meet business objectives, KPIs and timelines across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support identification and development of strategic initiatives aligned with EGA and HC function strategy.
- Develop project charters, scopes, budgets, timelines and define performance measures.
- Own delivery of work‑streams, ensuring quality, timeliness and stakeholder engagement.
- Report on project status, manage changes and ensure effective handover to operational teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent (post‑graduate preferred).
- Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience with demonstrated leadership.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle, HR systems, organisational effectiveness concepts and project/change management practices.
