Head of Business Setup & Corporate Residency Services

About the role

Auxilium is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Team Leader to head its Corporate & Residency Services division in Dubai. The role combines operational leadership with hands‑on expertise in company formation and visa processing across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate & Residency Services team, setting OKRs and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Oversee UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and post‑incorporation services.
• Manage Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Remote Work Visa and Dependent Visa processing.
• Coordinate PRO, payroll, tax, accounting and compliance activities.
• Handle government authority interactions, external vendor management, and client relationship development.
• Identify and drive upselling opportunities to grow the business.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing high‑performing corporate services teams.
• Experience handling complex incorporation and residency cases across the GCC.
• European nationality preferred and native English speaking ability.
