Head of EPC Sales – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive business development and manage key client relationships for our EPC segment in the United Arab Emirates. The role will shape commercial strategy, lead tendering efforts and ensure profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the EPC segment, identifying new business opportunities, major tenders and market segments aligned with Bureau Veritas services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Lead key account management for strategic clients such as utilities, EPC contractors, developers and energy operators, securing long‑term contracts and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Tendering, Technical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to prepare competitive proposals, manage tender clarifications, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client investment plans, providing insights to management on emerging opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure resource availability, support mobilization plans and align project delivery with client expectations.
• Guide sales executives and business developers, ensuring compliance with Bureau Veritas processes, ethics, HSE and quality policies.
