Head of Hard Luxury – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Head of Hard Luxury will partner with the Store Manager to lead the luxury accessories and leather goods departments at Hermes Dubai Mall. You will drive sales, develop the team, and ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with the Hermès spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and evaluate a high‑performing sales team; conduct interviews and performance reviews.
• Lead daily floor activities, motivate staff, and act as manager on duty during peak periods.
• Identify sales opportunities, manage CRM compliance, and achieve annual sales targets for assigned product categories.
• Oversee operational compliance, scheduling, and accurate daily sales reporting.
• Manage product assortment, visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock levels in collaboration with the VM team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to develop teams, meet sales objectives, and deliver premium client service.
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Cegid retail management software.
