Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a well‑established FMCG business in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and execute the people strategy, ensuring strong HR operations, talent management, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the HR function, overseeing all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational, people and workforce priorities.
• Design HR policies, frameworks and processes that support operational efficiency.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding for corporate, commercial, supply‑chain and manufacturing functions.
• Build talent pipelines, manage senior hiring and succession planning.
• Establish performance management frameworks and career development initiatives.
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG, retail, consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Extensive UAE HR experience, with deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Proven ability to partner with C‑level executives and drive high‑performance cultures.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition, succession planning and organisational development.
