Head of Social Growth – Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

About the role

We are looking for a senior Social Media Growth Director to spearhead a rapid expansion of our Instagram presence, targeting an additional 500,000 followers within six months. You will own the strategy, budget, and execution of high‑production organic content, paid amplification, and influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a month‑by‑month growth roadmap that balances viral top‑of‑funnel content with community‑building engagement.
• Manage a $200,000 budget, allocating $33,000 monthly across content production (30%), paid media (50%), and influencer/PR (20%).
• Lead a team of videographers and short‑form editors to deliver 5–7 high‑retention Reels per week.
• Design and run sophisticated Meta Ads Manager campaigns targeting a cost‑per‑follower below $0.60.
• Produce weekly ROI reports focusing on follower velocity, engagement rate, and profile‑visit‑to‑follow conversion.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing an Instagram account by at least 100,000 followers organically or via paid media.
• Experience managing a minimum of $20,000 in monthly ad spend.
• Commitment to ethical growth practices – no bots or artificial pods.
