About the role

The Head Waiter/Waitress is the senior server on the floor, leading an assigned section of the dining room, delivering the full sequence of service to brand standards and supporting the supervisory team throughout service.

Key responsibilities

Lead an assigned section of the dining room and ensure consistent service delivery.
Support the supervisory team and set the benchmark for product knowledge, guest engagement and professionalism.

Required profile

3–5 years of waiting experience, including at least 1 year as a Head Waiter or Senior Server in an upscale or premium‑casual dining venue.
Fluency in English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage.
Food Safety & HACCP certification (or obtainable upon hire).

Required skills

Proficiency with POS and reservation systems.
Food Safety HACCP certification.
