About the role
Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in supporting vital hotel functions. They work across departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry to meet cleaning needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
- Follow safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Required profile
- No specific education required (no high school diploma or G.E.D. required).
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
Required skills
- Operating dishwashing machines.
- Operating hand‑wash stations.
- Operating linen washers and dryers.
