Holiday Manager

About the role

The Holiday Manager leads the planning, promotion and sale of holiday and travel packages, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction. This role combines sales leadership, operational coordination and partnership development within the travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Promote and sell holiday and travel products, meeting sales targets.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with tourism boards, hotels, airlines and local attractions.
• Negotiate contracts to secure competitive rates and services.
• Design personalized holiday packages tailored to diverse client preferences and budgets.
• Oversee itinerary creation, logistical planning and on‑ground support for seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve offerings.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and client communications to enhance visibility and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in travel management, sales or a similar managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex travel itineraries.
• Industry certifications such as IATA are preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an advantage.
