About the role
The Home Finance Advisor (Outsource) will work in the UAE to drive home‑finance acquisition, ensuring compliance with bank policies and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source home finance applications from the bank’s eligible target segment.
- Meet individual monthly acquisition targets consistently.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure daily submissions are complete with all required documentation and credit criteria.
- Adhere to the bank’s prescribed processes, SOPs and Central Bank requirements.
- Complete KYC and ID&V for customers in line with guidelines.
- Communicate accurate information to customers, avoiding mis‑sell or incorrect details.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real‑estate or mortgage sector.
- Knowledge of the real‑estate market; banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proven sales experience.
- Understanding of the real‑estate market.
