Hospitality Talent Acquisition & Validation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Hospitality Talent Acquisition & Validation Specialist to join Kairos Merit’s Dubai team. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for hotels, restaurants and beach clubs, ensuring candidates are thoroughly assessed and validated before presentation to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for hospitality vacancies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases and direct outreach.
• Review CVs and match profiles to vacancy requirements.
• Conduct structured screening and validation interviews in English.
• Assess experience, communication skills, availability, salary expectations and visa status.
• Prepare professional shortlists and reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong hospitality talent pool.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Produce regular reports on recruitment processes and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate selection.
• Experience recruiting for hotels, restaurants, F&B or related sectors (highly valued).
• Proven ability to source candidates and screen CVs.
• Strong interview skills in English.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and recruitment platforms.
• Experience using an ATS or CRM.
• Ability to assess candidates strategically and justify selection decisions.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accurate CRM record‑keeping.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Preference for candidates currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
