Hospitality Training Programme – 2026

About the role

The DWTC Hospitality Training Programme is a two‑year, full‑time development journey designed to build the next generation of Emirati hospitality professionals. Participants will receive structured training and hands‑on experience across key hospitality functions at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core hospitality areas such as Food & Beverage Service, Food Hygiene and Safety, and Guest Services.
• Deliver high‑quality customer care and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain service excellence, health and safety standards, and professional etiquette.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth event and exhibition operations.
• Represent UAE cultural values in all guest interactions.

Required profile

• UAE national, aged 18‑30, holding a valid passport and family book.
• High school certificate or diploma.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time, including 9‑hour shifts and shift work as required.
• Passionate about a career in hospitality and customer service.
• Professional, adaptable, team‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
