Hostess – Guest Reception at Ballarò Restaurant

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Ballarò, Conrad Dubai, you will create a warm and memorable first impression. You will greet visitors, guide them to their tables and anticipate the small details that make each dining experience special.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a gracious welcome and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins and table assignments while respecting guest preferences.
• Personalise each visit by recognising returning guests and noting special occasions.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus and answer questions about the dining experience.
• Communicate arrivals, waiting times and special requests clearly with the F&B team.
• Maintain an immaculate welcome area, including the entrance, host stand and menus.
• Uphold Conrad Dubai’s service, hygiene, health, safety and alcohol awareness standards.
