About the role
As a Guest Service Expert, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, setting up the dining area, and ensuring smooth communication between the floor and kitchen. The role blends hospitality, teamwork, and physical activity to support the restaurant’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and supply necessary items for service.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uphold quality and uniform standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance) throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
