Hostess – Guest Service Role

About the role

As a Hostess at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay. You will ensure smooth seating, handle guest inquiries and support the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and maintain a friendly atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, promotions and seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations and seating, taking accurate messages and directing calls appropriately.
• Follow Hilton grooming standards and uphold professional appearance.
• Report issues and comply with hotel security, fire, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong commitment to guest service and excellent grooming standards.
• Flexible, team‑player attitude with ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
• Cash‑handling experience is an advantage.
