Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food & Beverage Guest Relations Agent you will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their dining experience.
• Support special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrangements with care and professionalism.
• Respond to guest questions, feedback, and concerns promptly, following up when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service, seating, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences, reservations, and service notes while communicating special requests with relevant teams.
• Uphold Hilton service, grooming, and professional standards, creating positive and lasting impressions for guests.
