About the role

As a Hostess for Imperial Services at Atlantis, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating operations. You will greet visitors, manage wait times, and guide guests to their tables while maintaining a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Inform guests of wait times and manage the waiting list.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host station.
• Bid farewell to guests, leaving a positive lasting impression.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
