About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. This part‑time position involves greeting guests, managing restaurant flow, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Maintain a clean and fully set table before guests are seated.
• Handle telephone inquiries with proper etiquette and knowledge of reservation policies.
• Assist with cashier duties and closing tables as needed.
• Monitor the restaurant entrance to keep it attractive and inviting.
• Collect guest feedback and promptly address any issues, escalating to outlet managers when necessary.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods and ensure continuous coverage of the front area.

• Ability to follow hotel policies, SOPs, and personal discipline guidelines.
