About the role

As a Hostess at Autograph Collection in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive service and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, greet guests, and manage seating assignments.
Communicate orders and special requests between the dining area and the kitchen.
Serve guests, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
Handle menu items, verify information, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No prior supervisory experience required.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
