Host/Hostess – Fish Beach Taverna

About the role

Join the vibrant Fish Beach Taverna team as a Host/Hostess, delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic beachfront setting. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and walk‑ins.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table settings and service stations.
• Assist with menu presentation, verify information, and answer basic guest inquiries.
• Handle light physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance), and arranging supplies.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
