About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at Aloft Hotels creates memorable experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and involves a hands‑on approach to delivering high‑quality housekeeping services.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the brand’s standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels or amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication skills.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Understanding of hotel safety and hygiene protocols.
