About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond simply providing a clean room and fresh bed; they create memorable, unique experiences for guests. Working across a wide range of housekeeping functions, they are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. The role involves moving throughout the property, responding promptly to guest needs, and ensuring all public spaces reflect the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to uphold hotel standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure carts are fully stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Assist in deep‑cleaning projects and seasonal turnover tasks.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform and communication.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks up to 50 lb.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and a professional appearance.
• Professional communication skills and courteous interaction with guests and team members.
• Adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
