About the role
Join the Guest Environment team at Autograph Collection in Dubai, delivering memorable experiences through exceptional cleanliness and hospitality. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will maintain the appearance of rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and deliver requested items.
- Restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and professional uniform and appearance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Professional communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
