About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at Le Meridien is responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the entire hotel. This role involves a hands‑on approach to housekeeping, ensuring that every public space and guest room meets the brand’s high standards while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock carts and supply areas to keep housekeeping operations efficient.
• Clean rooms and public spaces, maintaining the appearance and hygiene expected by guests.
• Move freely throughout the hotel to address any cleaning or service needs.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.

• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and professional conduct.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing duties.
• Demonstrate physical stamina to handle the demands of moving, lifting, and carrying equipment.
