About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, creates memorable experiences by ensuring every guest space is spotless and inviting. This role goes beyond basic cleaning, supporting the overall guest experience through attentive service and meticulous upkeep of rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and turn guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a fresh appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and resort facilities.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms with necessary items.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special service needs.
- Move throughout the hotel, handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high quality standards.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds.
