Hotel Housekeeping Manager

About the role

As the Hotel Housekeeping Manager at Atlantis Dubai, you will lead the housekeeping department to ensure the resort meets its high standards of cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, conduct quality inspections and drive continuous improvement across all guest‑facing areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities across the resort, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Perform daily walk‑throughs and quality checks to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training and performance coaching for the housekeeping team.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control costs and optimise resource utilisation.
• Handle guest and employee incidents, document occurrences and take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement disciplinary procedures and provide ongoing staff development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with budgeting and staff scheduling.
