Hotel Manager

About the role

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at its Dubai property. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality guest experiences while maintaining cost‑effective, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel functions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to boost guest satisfaction and brand visibility.
• Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to meet customer expectations.
• Control budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and address inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and suggestions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varied shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
