About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Female Housekeeping Operations In Charge to lead our on‑call cleaning team across multiple client locations in Dubai. The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for multiple clients, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, work schedules, and daily operational activities.
• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and female cleaning staff.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, conducting regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries, complaints, and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, cleaning equipment, and logistics for staff movement.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or cleaning operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
