About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at a leading hotel on Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will lead a team that ensures every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You will combine operational oversight with a passion for hospitality to deliver memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues, coordinating with the engineering team.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
• Respond to guest requests, including VIP and special needs, to ensure exceptional service.
