Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection in Dubai. In this role you will support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in delivering exceptional guest experiences through high‑standard housekeeping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned to the brand’s quality standards and ready for guest arrival.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Monitor inventory of linen, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Conduct inspections and address any guest or operational issues promptly.
• Support implementation of health, safety and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Good communication skills in English.
