Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront retreat on Palm Island. You will lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities in assigned areas, coordinating shifts and workloads.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, cleaning and hygiene standards, and safety policies.
• Train and coach team members on proper cleaning techniques, maintenance tasks, and use of equipment.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly to uphold service excellence.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper on operational planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Previous supervisory experience within a housekeeping department.
• Strong decision‑making ability and confidence when interacting with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional European language is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
