Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across its 620‑room upscale property in Dubai. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and delegate daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, providing keys and necessary supplies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor room status (VIP, DND, etc.) and communicate updates to the Front Office.
• Report damaged items, broken equipment, and lost‑and‑found items to Engineering.
• Order housekeeping supplies and manage inventory to maintain adequate stock.
• Evaluate attendant performance, give feedback, and report issues to senior housekeeping management.
• Train new attendants on performance standards and quality assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
