About the role

Join the Doubletree By Hilton Fujairah City Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the property while training, scheduling, and motivating staff, coordinating with maintenance, and managing inventory to keep the hotel operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team by training, scheduling, and overseeing members to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine room inspections, spot checks of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance needs by reporting issues promptly and following up to resolve facility concerns.
• Oversee special projects, scheduling and supervising periodic deep‑cleaning initiatives and other housekeeping programmes.
• Manage inventory and equipment, maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper upkeep of housekeeping tools.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling VIP and special guest requests to delight visitors.
