Housekeeping Supervisor – Lead Guest Experience

About the role

Radisson Collection is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager, leading a dedicated team to ensure every guest experience is flawless.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Radisson’s quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, address any deficiencies, and maintain inventory of linen and supplies.
• Coach and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Positive, “Yes I Can!” attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous.
