Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will lead the daily housekeeping operations of a luxury resort. You will ensure that guest rooms, suites and public areas consistently meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, suites and public areas to verify compliance with luxury brand standards.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping attendants during each shift, allocating rooms and tasks efficiently.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and defects identified during inspections.
• Ensure rooms are released on time for guest arrivals and that inventory of linen and supplies is maintained.
• Collaborate with front‑office and engineering departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations throughout all housekeeping activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
