About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department in a luxury resort setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily duties to housekeeping staff and monitor task completion.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Record work performed and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and fluent English communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Willingness to relocate to a remote resort location.
