About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a dedicated Houseman to join its Rooms – Housekeeping team in Dubai. This full‑time, permanent position supports the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences through efficient linen handling and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, count, tag and dispatch soiled linen to the laundry department.
• Deliver guest‑requested items promptly and accurately.
• Place and remove special requests and amenities in guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering high‑quality guest service.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Physically fit to handle linen and equipment.
